ford f350 will not start

 I own a ford f350 w/7.3l diesel. The engine turns over but will not start. I've changed the fuel filter and cam sensor but still does not start. I checked the fuel pump cut off switch and it's good. All fuses check good. I have fuel pressure to injection pump. One very odd thing, my "wait to start" lamp does not come on.

 Check the glow plugs and distributor. It may have coil packs as well. Also make sure every wire is connected.
